Notes:_{◯ Extra characters will increase the base price: 30% for the first extra character and 50% for the third.
◯ If you desire to add more than two characters the fee for the rest will be the 100% of the base price and it'll take me longer to finish it.
◯ 75% extra fee for complex designs such as Genshin Impact chatacters unless you specify for different outfits.
◯ Flat background is free, specify the color/gradient if you wish.
◯ Simple backgrounds will add 5-10 USD extra.
◯ For an especific kind of body and or size differenses, please provide as many references as possible.
◯ Problematic content such as cruelty or abuse towards animals is BANNED, neverthless content such as Yandere scenarios or trauma-related stuff can be discused as long as it isn't extremely explicit.}

By requesting my commissions, THE CLIENT / YOU are accepting all my terms and conditions and refunds will NOT be accepted in case of any violation of the TOS.I reserve the right to DECLINE any request for any reason in order to prioritize my comfort.

•GENERAL:◯ All Commissions are only for PERSONAL USE which means you can use it as your personal wallpaper, profile photo, header and post it with proper credits to me, the personal print for fan-merch is also allowed.
◯ Commercial use is PROHIBITED unless previously agreed is settled which will have and additional fee.
◯ As the artist, I OWN the copyright of the artwork.
◯ I may use the artwork in my portfolio, on social media, or as promotional materials.
◯ If you want your commission to be privated, please clarify it from the beginning.
◯ The use of any of my artwork for any AI training / feeding or for NFT purposes is PROHIBITED.
◯ I might be fluent in English, nevertheless, it isn't my native language, so please be clear at the moment to send your request, avoid using acronyms for a proper communication berween us.•COMMISSION:◯ The prices are in US dollars (USD) and may increase from the base price depending on multiple cases.
◯ I'll not start working on the illustration until the FULL payment is done and I've recived the notification.
◯ The time it takes me to complete your commission is approximately one month, but it can vary depending on the request.
◯ The color palletes, proportions and details I use in my artworks are part of my art style, and you CAN'T ask me to change it, if you're not sure of liking my style, please don't send a request, there'll be NO refund.
◯ If the drawing needs to be finished for a special date, an extra fee will be added to the total price of the commission to compensate the extra work time (please, tell me beforehand if that's the case so I can confirm if I'll be able to fulfill your order in time or not).
◯ I'll not issue refunds UNLESS I experience any difficulties or mishaps during the commission process, if there's any complication I'll be informing you.
◯ The client CAN'T resell, edit, or claim the work as their own.
◯ You CAN'T remove, cover, hide the signature of my drawings nor copy, trace or recolor them as well.•PROCESS:◯ Your request MUST include clear references with images, and details, otherwise I can't assure you to portray it properly.
◯ I will send previews for review and changes at different stages.
◯ Up to 2 free revisions plus changes needed are allowed during the process. Major changes after sketch approval will incur an additional fee depending on the complexity of the change.
◯ I'll add a simple background at the final phase of the artwork, if you want your commission to have no background or something different from the already settled service, you must especify it in your request, complex backgroud will add a fee to the total price.
◯ If you make requests that go against my terms and conditions in the process of your order or you treat me disrespectfully, I have the right to cancel your order and expose what happened on my social media to warn my followers and friends. Be respectful, I'm not a robot.•DELIVERY:◯ Times can vary depending on the complexity and the waiting list, so please be patinet, I will send you a message in case of any delay with your commission.
◯ The illustration will be delivered via E-mail in digital JPG format and PNG for works with transparent background.
